When my family relocated to central Illinois area a few years ago, I was looking for a spot to hold a scrapbooking weekend retreat. I stopped searching once I met the Sprague family and toured the facilities at Kinderhook Lodge. It was a scrapbookers/quilters paradise!

I wish to thank you and your entire staff. I had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and a pleasure to be around. the food was great. the accommodations were perfect. I really enjoyed my stay at your lodge. With any luck I will be back next year with my entire family. Again thank you for a wonderful time and very nice staff at your lodge. Your establishment is 4 star all the way and I was very impressed with everything and the fluid pace that things move along at. It was very clean, the accommodations were first class and I cannot think of one negative aspect or actually any way to improve the way you operate at this time.

Hello to you all! We would just like to express our most sincere thanks for making our 2012 Quilt Retreat the best yet! ...Hosting a bunch of quilters for a week is always challenging. You all have if down perfectly. As usual, the Lodge was arranged to allow all of us plenty of space, the meals were delicious, and this year, even Nature cooperated! The landscape was simplu beautiful, and it was lovely to sit outside on the deck for happy hour.

The gift of time & space at Buckridge/Kinderhook Lodge that we shared as a family has been the kind of gift that keeps on giving. Family Retreat
Just wanted to thank you for allowing us to 'move in' to our 'new home away from home'. Can't tell you how wonderful it was to be able to entertain friends and family in such a wonderful environment! It really did feel like home-- I didn't want to come back to my home... with all the mess and work to do!
